Experience : 1- 2 years in same position in an AD or multimedia agency .
 
Required knowledge : Creative thinking skills, mastering graphic design and presentation software, ability to lead and instruct graphic designers, copywriters, ability to communicate ideas with other team members as account executives.
 
Skills : Languages (English is a must), mastering graphic design and presentation software, ability to define and plan client's strategy, and build accordingly his AD campaign .
