Experience : 2 - 3 years in same position .
 
Required knowledge : Computer and internet surfing, email communication, suitable university degree, basic accounting essentials .
 
Skills : Languages (English is a must), Computers, typing skills, report writing, filing
 
Job description:
  • Handles all office related issues as (but not limited to) office supplies, utility bills, office setup and cleaning
  • Handles all company communications through phone, mail and fax.
  • Keeps track of operations and open jobs internally
  • Manages courier and parcels
  • Organizes and handles company filing
  • Manages and updates company contacts databases and business cards
  • Manages and overlooks office boy and messenger activities
  • Attends meetings and responsible for preparing meeting agenda and minutes of meeting
  • Manages petty cash and reports expenses to accounting department
  • Keeps employee records, and follows up time attendance and permissions
  • Arranges for and keeps track for internal and external meetings of all company employees
