Job description:
Handles all office related issues as (but not limited to) office supplies, utility bills, office setup and cleaning
Handles all company communications through phone, mail and fax.
Keeps track of operations and open jobs internally
Manages courier and parcels
Organizes and handles company filing
Manages and updates company contacts databases and business cards
Manages and overlooks office boy and messenger activities
Attends meetings and responsible for preparing meeting agenda and minutes of meeting
Manages petty cash and reports expenses to accounting department
Keeps employee records, and follows up time attendance and permissions
Arranges for and keeps track for internal and external meetings of all company employees
